Where do you deliver?
Most of our products can be shipped Worldwide, though some are too big, too fragile or have too short of a shelf-life to be delivered internationally.
If we have determined that something you really, really like isn't suitable to be shipped Worldwide but you simply must have it - send an email to shop@locavorenxt.com and we'll see what we can do.
When will my order arrive?
Bali - 3 to 7 working days
Indonesia - 4 to 10 working days
Rest of the world - 14 to 30 working days
Please note that some ports, borders and couriers may experience challenges that impact these estimated times. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but there might be circumstances outside of our control which lead to delays.
What if my order gets lost on the way?
All products are shipped with Tracked delivery to ensure nothing gets lost en route. If you didn't receive a Tracking code in your confirmation email, reach out to shop@locavorenxt.com and we'll forward it on to you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you wish to make any changes to your order details, please contact shop@locavorenxt.com as soon as possible.
Do I need to register to shop with you?
Registering your email address is part of our secure checkout process. You'll be given the option to subscribe to our newsletter, but this is completely optional.
You do not need to create an online account with us - we only require delivery and payment details for you to make an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, Indonesian bank transfer, Astrapay e-wallet and PayLater with Akulaku or Uangme.

Can I return items?
You are welcome to return any defect items for a full refund. This does not include items damaged during delivery – please see "Shipping Information" above for details.
We are also happy to swap any Apparel products ordered in the wrong size, provided they are returned to us in mint condition.
Do you cover return postage?
We don't usually cover the cost of returns delivery unless a product is faulty or we have made a mistake. If you need to swap any items ordered in a wrong size you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping and re-delivery.
