TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

This website is owned and operated by Locavore NXT.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below for online trading between Locavore NXT and the user of this website. Please read them carefully before proceeding to enter the website. Your use and submittal of any Purchase Order to Locavore NXT indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Locavore NXT will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Locavore NXT. Details of any minimum or percentage discount, including VAT and saving entitlement, will be issued with your code. Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.

Locavore NXT reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.

Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotion code.

Only one promotion code can be used per order.

Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, on sale items or other discounted items.

We use a pool of trusted couriers and delivery companies to fulfill delivery of shop products.

AVAILABILITY & PRICES

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in your order confirmation. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may be sent to you in instalments. We will make every effort to advise you (by email) if this is the case.

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If your delivery address is not within Indonesia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Locavore NXT advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

PRODUCTS & CONSENT

All Locavore NXT products and prices depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order with us, you represent and confirm that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When an order is placed, it will be processed by us within 2-3 days and shipped to an address designated by the purchaser (as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website). All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and damage for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

RETURNS

You are welcome to return any defect items for a full refund. This does not include items damaged during delivery – please see "Shipping Information" above for details.

We are also happy to swap any Apparel products ordered in the wrong size, provided they are returned to us in mint condition You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping and re-delivery.

Despite our efforts, the information on this Website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We always endeavour to share images that relate as close as possible to the item that you will receive although, please be aware that some screens show colour differences.

Please follow the instructions on the Website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products and services. After receiving an order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email Order Confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (“Shipping Confirmation”). This Website may at times be down due to scheduled or unscheduled activities. However, Locavore NXT will aim to, within our control, limit the amount of down-time. We will not be held accountable for the consequences of any down-time.
